Who Cares 4 Us. Org is a not for profit corporation of the State of Illinois created to produce educational and public service electronic media on methods of improving the quality of health and health care delivery in the United States of America. It is our belief that in order to implement meaningful social change in this country, the media masses must be honestly educated about the systems, methods and dangers inherent in the health care delivery industry of a free enterprise society.
